Shipping policy

1. Shipping Areas

Voltalize ships products across Canada, the United States, and internationally, depending on applicable regulations for lithium battery transportation. Some restrictions may apply based on battery type and transport method.

2. Shipping Times

  • From local warehouse (Canada/USA): 2 to 5 business days

  • Custom orders or made-to-order batteries: 10 to 30 business days, depending on configuration

  • Air shipping (1P batteries only): 7 to 14 business days

  • Sea freight (2P and above): 30 to 45 business days

A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, destination, and shipping method. Additional charges may apply for remote areas or hazardous materials handling (UN3480 lithium batteries).

4. Lithium Battery Transport Regulations

Due to IATA and IMDG rules on lithium battery transportation:

  • No returns are accepted for lithium batteries, regardless of usage or condition.

  • Buyers are responsible for ensuring they order the correct dimensions, voltage, and amperage for their application.

  • Air shipping is only available for 1P batteries due to weight restrictions.

5. Damaged Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product. We will assess the situation and assist you promptly.
